Refund Policy

FULL-PRICE ITEMS
We hope you are 100% satisfied with your Serenity Spirit Candles purchase from our site. If there is any reason you are not completely satisfied, we are happy to offer a refund on unopened and unused, full-priced items within 14 days of your delivery date. Only items that have been purchased directly from SerenitySpiritCandles.com can be returned. Serenity Spirit Candles merchandise purchased through another retailer must be returned in accordance with their respective return policies.

DAMAGES
If, upon arrival, any part or all of your order is damaged, please email within 7 days and include your order number and a picture of the damage. Our customer service staff will be in contact with you shortly to facilitate our claims process.

Please Note: Once the product is removed from its protective packaging, we cannot be responsible for any further damage due to improper handling.

TO PROCESS A RETURN
Please email or give us a call at (949) 910-6052, Monday - Friday from 8:00 AM - 5:00 PM MST. We ask that you please refer to your emailed Serenity Spirit order confirmation receipt. Products returned to Serenity Spirit Candles without prior authorization are subject to a 25% restocking fee. If the reason for your return is not the result of a Serenity Spirit Candles error, the cost of return shipping will be your responsibility. In this instance, we recommend using a tracking service.
